These terms apply when you order food from Aamchi Mumbai, 1080 E El Camino Real, Suite 1, Sunnyvale, California 94087.
We take pickup orders by phone on (669) 323-8653. Your order is confirmed when we read it back to you and you agree to it. We will give you an estimated pickup time; it is an estimate, and busy periods can extend it.
Our ordering line is answered by an automated assistant. It is not a person, and it will say so if you ask. Calls are recorded. If you would rather speak to someone at the restaurant, ask to be transferred or call (408) 605-3837 directly.
During the call we may ask whether you would like your order confirmation and payment link sent by text. This is optional — declining does not affect your order in any way. If you agree, you will receive roughly two to three transactional messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Prices are shown on our menu and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. You may pay at the counter when you collect, or online using the secure payment link we send you. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Call the restaurant as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once food has been prepared we may not be able to cancel it. If you have already paid online and we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you in full.
Orders are prepared for pickup at the restaurant. Please collect within a reasonable time — we cannot guarantee quality for food left uncollected, and we may dispose of orders not collected by closing time.
Our kitchen is vegetarian. Egg dishes are prepared in the same kitchen. We handle nuts, dairy, gluten and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free from cross-contact. Tell us about allergies when you order and we will do our best, but please do not rely on our kitchen if a reaction would be severe.
We are responsible for serving food that is safe and as described. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, to the extent the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
